40 Seated / 65 ReceptionThe Fireplace Room can be separated from the main dining area by retractable steel‑paned doors. The room features stainless steel wainscoting and a working steel fireplace.

26 Seated / 30 ReceptionThe Sauna Room is a semi-private event space on the first floor, allowing access to the main restaurant’s energy. There is a sliding steel and glass door that creates some privacy from the main dining room. Please note this room is not sound proof.
Butcher Room

24 Seated / 30 ReceptionThe Butcher Room is available for small dinners, cocktail receptions and to be used in conjunction with the Fireplace Room. The room is constructed entirely of end‑cut butcher block and accented by vintage cleavers.
Private events at Quality Meats feature rustic New American menus, served in a warm industrial atmosphere. The private event spaces feature modern, classic design with natural light, antique scales, and a fireplace, along with a room made entirely out of butcher block wood. The private event rooms at Quality Meats can accommodate groups of up to 24 seated (30 cocktail reception) in our Butcher Room, and up to 40 seated (65 cocktail reception) in our Fireplace Room. Please inquire about larger parties, as we can arrange alternate room configurations.
